At The Hut, nurturing leaders isn't just a goal—it's our legacy. 💪 We've proudly cultivated a tradition of growing our own leaders, with a track record that speaks volumes. At one point, we had a remarkable 9 staff members working across various youth organizations throughout Glasgow. 🌆

Our success in this area was largely fueled by the invaluable support from The Rank Foundation Gapper scheme. 🌟 While funding streams may come and go, our commitment to developing leaders remains unwavering.

Today, we focus on identifying secondary school students who demonstrate the potential to support their younger peers. 🎓 This initiative offers young people the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working alongside peers, adults, and community representatives in diverse roles. 🌟 It's not just about gaining work experience—it's about shaping the leaders of tomorrow, today. 💼
